Poland vs Israel
Competition: Euro 2020 qualifiers
Date: 10 June 2019
Kick-off: 20:45 CET
Krzysztof Piątek scored a… weird goal in the 47th minute on Friday to give Poland all three points in Skopje. That was their third win in as many games in the group, plus, third clean sheet as well. Two of those three victories have come on the road, which makes Poland’s accomplishment even more eye-catching. Interestingly, their coach, Jerzy Brzeczek, was rather critical of his team’s performance, telling reporters that he did not see the attitude he was hoping to see from his players. Truth is, Poland did a very good job defensively, but offensively they lacked… freshness, sharpness, ideas, and even their goal was, as previously mentioned, a “weird” one. At the end of the day, they won, and in any group stage, that’s what matters the most, right or wrong.
Israel are second in the group table, on seven points from three matches, two behind leaders Poland, and three ahead of their closest competitors. On Friday, they made things easy for them in Latvia, with Eran Zahavi scoring the opener less than 10 minutes into the game, and adding two more in the second half. Be reminded, he scored three goals back in March as well, in Israel’s 4-2 triumph over Austria at home. “We’ve got nothing to lose”, Andreas Herzog told reporters ahead of their game in Poland, trying to… loosen his players up, release some tension. The Austrian is credited with managing Israel’s roster very cleverly, despite the… particular situation he is facing, working in a country troubled by all sorts of conflicts and controversies. Herzog praised Poland, having no problem calling them favorites to win this game.

Poland vs Israel: Head to head Stats
Poland have hosted Israel four times in the past, they have won three of those games, one ended in a draw, no win for Israel. Total goals, 14-6.
Poland vs Israel: Prediction
Despite Israel’s good moment, I would be surprised if Poland did not win this one.
Poland vs Israel: Betting Tips
A simple Poland win pays just 1.53, but combined with “under 3.5 goals” it’s at 2.05. Zahavi may be hot, but I expect a very tight game, and Poland to win by one goal, 1-0 or 2-1.Do you want daily and profitable Betting Tips?
