Brazil vs Bolivia
Competition: Copa America
Date: 15 June 2019
Kick-off: 02:30 CET
Usually, before a big competition, players, coaches, try to keep a low profile, look confident, sure, but without… overdoing it, not “promising” big things, because they know that if the results are not good, those “big words” will come back and… bite them. In Brazil’s case though, ahead of this Copa América edition, Tite and his players have not hidden behind their finger, they have admitted that anything else but lifting the trophy in the final would be a failure. Brazil are hosting the competition, have not won it since 2007, and they seem to have the strongest team, even without Neymar, who got injured earlier this month in a friendly game against Qatar, and is out. A few days ago they beat Honduras 7-0 in another friendly game, Arthur got injured in that one, and the day before the match versus Bolivia it was unclear if the Barcelona midfielder would be able to start. Philippe Coutinho and Thiago Silva trained on their own on Tuesday, just like Arthur, but it’s the latter’s situation that worried Tite the most, 24 hours before kickoff.
Bolivia have won the competition once before, in 1963, when they hosted it. The only other time they reached the final was in 1997, when, again, they hosted the games, but Brazil proved too good for them in the last match, beating them 3-1. Eduardo Villegas, in charge since February, saw his team lose in their last three friendly games, earlier this month and back in March, but truth is, all three were very strong, especially the last one, against France, a 2-0 defeat on June 2. Talking to reporters, Villegas said the target is obvious, reach the quarterfinals, playing good football. Target-aside, the Bolivians got… pissed off on Tuesday, when they went to practice, but found the dressing room locked, so they had to change practically on the field. Next day, Wednesday, they received an… unexpected visit at their hotel, all players had to undergo doping control tests, and it took so long that they had to cancel practice.

Brazil vs Bolivia: Head to head Stats
Wow… Brazil have hosted Bolivia 16 times in the past, they have won 14 of those matches, two have ended in a draw, no win for the Bolivians, and the total goals (here comes the “wow” part) are 71-7 for the Brazilians.
Brazil vs Bolivia: Prediction
Obviously, anything can happen in football, but I just don’t see how Bolivia can avoid losing at Morumbi.
Brazil vs Bolivia: Betting Tips
Given that a simple Brazil win pays around 1.10, I would try “Brazil and over 3.5 goals”, at 2.22, expecting the hosts not just to win, but to… make a statement.Do you want daily and profitable Betting Tips?
